UTD’s Partnership with Academic Impressions provides all faculty, staff, and students at UTD with membership access to a host of training resources designed specifically for professionals working within the Higher Education industry. EAB

EAB is a research and technology company that provides best practice research, actionable advice, and implementation tools to leaders of higher education across a wide range of issues. EAB.com is an online library of best-practice resources, designed to help inform the work of higher education professional. Through the University of Texas Dallas’ partnership with EAB, campus constituents have unlimited access to EAB’s toolkits, research studies, best practice studies, and webinars on the EAB website.

Coursera is a global online learning platform that offers anyone, anywhere, access to professional-level training from the world’s leading companies. With the Career Academy, choose from over 29 different career paths offering professional-level certificates.

Coursera Career Academy’s online learning platform features valuable career micro-credentials through professional certificates connecting users to role-specific expert instruction from industry leaders, including Google, Meta IBM, and more. Learning experiences range from targeted hands-on projects to comprehensive, job-ready certificates and training. Coursera is a great tool for UT Dallas employees and students to build their skills on their own schedules.

LinkedIn Learning

LinkedIn Learning, a subsidiary of LinkedIn, provides video courses taught by industry experts in software, creative, and business skills. All courses found on LinkedIn Learning fall into four categories: Business, Creative, Technology, and Certifications. Users can attend “live office hours with experts” to hear directly from business professionals or view on-demand trainings that can sharpen leadership skills.

Percipio, Skillsoft’s Immersive Learning Platform, provides Professional and Leadership Development in a virtual atmosphere, allowing users to grow their skills in a way that best fits their schedule. Whether seeking to enhance your emotional intelligence and communication skills or learn a new coding language, Percipio contains an extensive training library that allows users to absorb new skills through efficient micro videos. Users can personalize their homepage, create their own training playlists, and earn digital badges to show new skills they’ve acquired.
