Call for Volunteers

Each organization is responsible for helping with registration at one event during the challenge. UT Dallas has been asked to provide four volunteers for Badminton registration on September 30 from 5:30-7:00 p.m. in the UT Dallas Activity Center gym. To volunteer, please sign up online.

Important Reminders

The City of Richardson and their emergency management department closely monitor the weather to ensure participants’ safety. The Corporate Challenge inclement weather phone hotline – 972.744.4301 – is updated no later than 3:00 p.m. each day, with more updates after that if needed. Events will not be canceled based on the forecast, so please check the hotline.

If you have not picked up your t-shirt, please stop by Office of Administration (AD 2.410). In an effort to increase our support of Special Olympics Texas, participants are asked to contribute a minimum $5 per T-shirt. Payment can be made in person at the Office of Administration (AD 2.410), or online through the UT Dallas Corporate Challenge donation page. For the online option, select the “Support UT Dallas” link in the top center of the page, and list your name rather than “anonymous” so your T-shirt payment can be recorded. One-time donations also can be made through the same link. All proceeds will benefit Special Olympics Texas.

Raffle Tickets

Corporate Challenge raffle tickets are available for $5. Each ticket buys you a chance to win one of three pairs of roundtrip airline tickets with hotels stays. All donations benefit Special Olympics Texas. Purchase tickets at the Office of Administration (AD 2.410), or call 972.883.2213 for more information.
